Happy Summer! Yes, adventure season is finally upon us, and we have a second location!
Have you seen our new breakfast location?! If you are looking for early morning coffee and breakfast to go, or just a cozy place to wake up by the fire with a fresh pastry, come visit us at the Qallqanaq Cafe Thursday - Monday 5 am to 10 am on weekdays and noon on the weekends. In the lobby of the Chugach Naswik Suites at 118 Meals Ave.
We are so excited to be part of the collaboration in the Naswik Suites, and having a great time getting to know the indigenous language of Valdez. Qallqanaq (Kash-kah-nock) Sugcestun for 'Magpie'.

The Far North Follies Inc. is a local non-profit theater troupe we are proud to partner with and host to bring to life the vibrant history of our community! This season the Follies are bringing an whole new production to you! Starting July 4th and running every Friday and Saturday night through July and August, you will have the opportunity to enjoy 'Leaving for a Loon': a burlesque love letter to the Alaskan wilderness and society, written by Emy McGuire.
